    I didn't recieve my Xbox reward points for two reward missions I completed


    I completed two reward point missions from Xbox rewards my missions. I bought the Ezio collection from the Microsoft store and I was supposed to receive 15,000 reward points and a movie ticket. I got the movie ticket but I never got the 15,000 points. It
    said it would take up to 2 weeks but its been a month now. I still have the ad for the mission in my email and I have the receipt of my purchase to prove it. Also the other mission I did was pre-order 3 games for another 15,000 points. I pre-ordered Watchdogs
    2, Dead Rising 4 and Resident Evil 7. It showed on my missions that I pre-ordered 3 games and had 3 punches on the card and I never received 15,000 points for it. Please help me - Nick

    First of all, thanks for this month missions. They are easy and rewarded I didn't recieve my Xbox reward points for two reward missions I completed :)

    I completed two missions but didn't a reward yet so can you have a look please:

    first mission: You’re one step closer to your Reward

    I got For honor -$59.99- and The technomancer -$15-

    Second mission-from my email-: All Rewards should be this effortless

    I got Sniper Elite 4 -$59.99- and Candleman -$14.99-

    Won't get reward points.

    I completed the Battlefield 1 reward points but, I didn't get the reward points for my Xbox account and I completed some others but still didn't get anything. Does anyone know the answer?

    Support will get back to you about the Assassin's Creed offer, but for the punchcard offer, since Resident Evil is one of the games you purchased, the credits will be given about 96 hours after that game releases. So if you don't see those credits pending
    after the 27th, you'll want to post back.

    Your Games on Demand completion Credits were placed into your account on December 15th. They were a part of your December 28th deposit. Your Ezio Collection Credits were placed into your account on December 21st. It was a part of your January 11th deposit.
    Credit and deposit events can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, sorted by lifetime events. Deposits as currency into your Microsoft Account can be viewed from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding and not taking away funds from your account.

    You could also complete reward missions if you have the gamepass some missions give 600 reward points you can typically earn over 2000 reward points every month hope this helps

    Hi

    I spent more than the requirement and got the reward points for levels 1 and 2 no problem, just the achievement part showing only 4 achievements despite having 6 achievements completed in April from the games I purchased, which would complete the mission
    and reward the bonus points.

    Rewards weekly set not working on Xbox One

    Same. I got two achievements Monday night, bringing total to three, and completing that week's challenge. But while the achievements showed in my profile, rewards didn't recognize them until the next day.

    Yes, I closed the app, 4x, and rebooted the xbox twice. Thhis is a recurring issue with Rewards, not recognizing achievements until the next day, but this time it cost me a 25 week streak.

    THAT is unacceptable. I want my streak and my points.
