Discus and support I didn't recieve my reward credits for gears of war 4 in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I got an email about receiving a reward credit of 15000 points if I preordered a digital copy of gears of war 4 ultimate edition.     I didn't recieve my reward credits for gears of war 4


    I got an email about receiving a reward credit of 15000 points if I preordered a digital copy of gears of war 4 ultimate edition. I did not get those pints.

    Haven't received my Rewards

    I purchased the Gears 4 version of the xbox one for the Feb rewards and should have received the $50 credit to my account and I didn't.

    Missing 45,000 points!

    I recently preordered Gears of War 4 to recieve 15,000 points. Then Skyrim for 15,000 pionts and Dragonball Xenoverse 2 for another 15,000 points. It's been months and I still haven't seen any of my xbox reward points! Where have they all gone and how can
    I recieve them as none of them are appearing in my rewards page or my on my xbox.

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. You received Credits for your purchase of Gears of War 4 due to a special offer we ran in September. That offer was unique in that it also rewarded purchases made previously to the offers release. Normally, pre-orders
    are not eligible for MyVIP, and are only Rewarded via special offers, located on the MyMissions page.
