I had gone to E3 program where Xbox One X was launched. There one of the volunteers told that i Will be sent a xbox at my account given adress after a month or two.But i didnt received anything.Please reply me as soon as possible.

im so sorry to hear that never heard of such a thing was it a reward sweepstakes instead or just flat out here a console

 

If you got contact information from the people running that promotion, you would need to contact them, but there was no such offer from Xbox or the rewards program at that time.
