    I didn't receive what I paid for. I wanted to make an in app purchase in Candy Crush and a notification popped up to say I was unsuccessful and that no payment had been taken but it had. Three times. How do I get a refund?

    Ok people wanted reason for not wanting this on Xbox ?

    1) Candy Crush Saga is based on an earlier similar game, the difference being additional social engineering methods to gain more cash and players.

    2) They own a trademark for the term Candy and the term Saga relating to video games.

    3) They are aggressively protecting this trademark. To quote penny Arcade "A saga is a bunch of vikings fighting across barren hostile lands not matching three [swear word] items of confectionery together".

    In "protection" of this trademark because the believe people will confuse the games they have launched a legal lawsuit against the indie developers behind the Banner Saga.

    They have also launched a cease a desist order against the developer of the game Candy Crush Saga is ripping off a game I might add that was on the app stores 3 years before Candy Crush Saga.

    so if you support King.com and want Candy Crush Saga on Xbox then I'm afraid to say you're supporting bullying, intellectual property theft, game cloning and abuse of copyright law.

    Still want it on Xbox now ?
