Hi, I recently contacted xbox support about me not receiving the points for the games I own, they told me to come here and that you guys would fix it.

Purchasing ERROR in FIFA15 (FIFA point)

Purchasing ERROR>

I had purchasing FIFA point in FIFA 15 on my XBOX one, at first, i chose 4600point, it show "Checkout Error", and i didn't get any FIFA point.

Then i select 2200point to purchasing, it show " Checkout ERROR" again, and i didn't get any FIFA point,

after that i stop any purchasing on XBOX, but finally, i still receive the purchasing mail from Microsoft and count to my credit card.

I would like to know why i didn't get any FIFA point, but you still charge my credit card?

is it anyone can help me? i feed the payment sercurity seem too danger!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your purchased VC. Can you confirm which NBA 2K are you playing? How long has it been since you purchased the VC? Please try to check if your purchase is listed in here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you see your in-game currency in your purchase history, try restarting your console and relaunching the game:

1. Restart the console

2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

3. Highlight the game, but don’t select it, and then press the Menu button.

4. Select Quit, and then relaunch the game. After launching the game, check your in-game wallet.

Please note that sometimes, it can take up to 24 hours for in-game currencies to process after purchasing so it is also best to wait.

Do you have anyone else on the console that plays the game and could have purchased these? This is an example of something that could happen. Another example is that another person has this console set as their Home console, and it automatically downloads
the purchases there; both of these cases would cause the content to show up, but you not being able to use it. This is especially true if you didn't purchase the content. Let us know!
