    I didn't receive the game code on my email adress during the redemption process !


    Hello my freinds !

    Please i need your help, i have xbox one ,bought from France, on 08/27/2016.

    In order to choose one game from 4 offred by xbox (FORZA 6, TCMB RAIDER, GEARS of WAR, RARE REPLAY) , I entered the redemption code at xbox.com/name-your-game , after i finished the process, it infoms me that the game code is send to my email adress. I waited
    24h but i didn't receive anything ! :/

    How can i fix this issu i really want to discover the game I didn't receive the game code on my email adress during the redemption process ! :) Thank you

    If you didn't receive an email with a code to redeem, check your order history on the redemption page of the site and it'll either have the code listed there or it will give you the option to resend the code.

    You should have gotten an email with a code to redeem within 24 hours of redeeming. If you didn't receive the email, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it will either show the option to resend the email or it will show the code there.
