    I pre-ordered the skyrim special addition on xbox market place because there was a 10$ xbox live point preorder bonus. However I never review the bonus.

    Missing $10 xbox gift card from preorder bonus

    Hi,

    I never received my $10 gift card from my Quantum Break preorder bonus. It said it would take up to 10 days but it's been over a month now. I did receive the Alan Wake and PC Quantum Break bonuses, just not the $10 gift card bonus. I have an order number
    if need be.

    The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com for preordering from them. You would need to contact their customer support if you did preorder from them. If you preordered digitally from the Xbox store, you would not have been eligible for the
    offer.
