    Hello BlazedxMikeyJRB,

    Since only your purchases of Dragon Ball and Call of Duty were within the offer period, you only received two punches for those purchases. Only pre-orders made within the offer period are eligible for this offer.

    You are registered as a US Rewards member. Since you have been spending in a regional currency other than USD, those purchases are not eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made within the program.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your purchased VC. Can you confirm which NBA 2K are you playing? How long has it been since you purchased the VC? Please try to check if your purchase is listed in here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If you see your in-game currency in your purchase history, try restarting your console and relaunching the game:

    1. Restart the console

    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    3. Highlight the game, but don’t select it, and then press the Menu button.

    4. Select Quit, and then relaunch the game. After launching the game, check your in-game wallet.

    Please note that sometimes, it can take up to 24 hours for in-game currencies to process after purchasing so it is also best to wait.

    Do you have anyone else on the console that plays the game and could have purchased these? This is an example of something that could happen. Another example is that another person has this console set as their Home console, and it automatically downloads
    the purchases there; both of these cases would cause the content to show up, but you not being able to use it. This is especially true if you didn't purchase the content. Let us know!
