    I didn’t receive my Xbox X


    I bought Xbox X 21 November and I paid extra $9.99 for express delivery 23 November. I talked some of your employee 23 November and they told me I will definitely receive my package but today is 24 November and my package still in US and I’m living in Canada. I want to cancel my order on phone they told me 3-5 business days I have to wait for money. I didn’t receive my Xbox and I can’t receive my money same time. Why are you cheating people? If you will not send on time why are you taking extra money for express package?

    Exactly Enes N, it's not your problem. But surely due to the high volume this has become a problem for Microsoft but don't worry, I'm sure it will be solved soon.

    Express shipping only takes effect once the item has actually been shipped.

    This is also a holiday week in the Us with some of the biggest order volume of the year, specially since black friday began early for Xbox.

    I would like to be able to offer you better help Enes N, but as I mentioned before, I am just a player like you. These types of cases should be resolved by Microsoft, but you mentioned that they said they couldn't help you with this.
