I bought some games this year and I don´t have the rewards that I think I should have. Could you help me with this? For example, I just bought the Gears of War 4 and I didn´t receive any rewards for this, why?

If you purchased the game after it launched it would have applied toward MyVip. As long as you have 1 star then those are calculated at the end of the month and deposited around the middle of the following month. If you pre-ordered the title then it would
not count toward MyVip but as long as you activated the Simply Rewarding Offer then you would receive credit for that after 96 hours.

A staff member will reply within 1-2 business days. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work on weekends.

The only offer that purchase completed was the Simply Rewarding offer. Your pre-order purchase was not eligible for MyVIP payback, and you are only at one out of three punches for the Games on Demand punchcard. The Credits for Simply Rewarding were placed
as pending in your account on the 11th, and deposited on the 29th. You can see all your Credit and Deposit events on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

I didn`t make a quick assumption,i have witnessed with my own eyes over the last 6 months since they changed the system,that A LOT of them are only in it for the rewards.

note:i didn`t say ALL OF THEM.

He didn`t mention the points were gained from rewards.

If they were, they would all have expired by now, as they only lasted 12 months on the old programme.
