I didn't receive my money back. Refund

I bought lord of the fallen few weeks ago and I make a refund and was accepted but I didn't receive my money back. I need the money right now because I need it and that's it. The game was removed from my account so I assume that the game it's no longer mine. So I want my 186 shekels right now. I will sue you if I don't receive my money.

a refund shouldn't take longer than a week (if paid with credit card).

If it's longer than a week you should request a call back from the support of your region.

Since this is a community forum none of us has access to your account and billing infos.
