    I didn't receive my free game - Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime


    I bought a 12 month gold subscription as part of a promotion that offered the free game mentioned in the subject line. I have spoken to two different customer service agents through your online chat and have spent close to two hours trying to chase this
    up. I'm so disappointed that I've wasted so much time on this. Can someone please send me a download code for the game? I f you would like to include anything else bonus for the time wasted on my part, that would be appreciated.

    After contacting chat support, Glen suggested I post here to make it known that I have not received a free code to download Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime. I purchased an XBox Gold membership, and the promotional materials said I would receive the game
    for free. Help!

    Hi I purchased the xbox live gold subsription with the free copy of lovers in a dangerous spacetime on the 10th of july and i have not received the game. My subscription renewed but i have not received a copy of the game. i have spoken to customer chat
    support and he said that this is the best place to post the issue. I was hoping to get this rectified asap.
