    I didn't receive my E3 Mixer Pot


    I watched the E3 Xbox Conference on the Xbox Channel using my Mixer app on my android phone and I haven't received anything that indicates that I have got something from the Mixer Pot.

    I watched the whole conference and saw the notifications about E3 mixer pot on the conference but nothing in the app signified me recieving anything or an email or a message from Xbox being received on my Xbox one.

    I am confused as to why I didn't get anything, this was the first time using Mixer and I am worried that the app freezing occasionally could have possibly been a problem.

    My Mixer account is linked to my Xbox account. Please get back to me if there's any information you may also need.

    Mixer pot not received

    Hey LeadAardvark307,

    Please know that customers who viewed the E3 event live through their Mixer account are the only ones eligible to receive the MixPot rewards. With that said,
    after further research, we have confirmed that there is no Mixer account associated to the Gamer Tag: LeadAardvark307. Thus, the reason you are unable to access the gifts.
