    Xbox 50000 reward not received

    I didn't receive the bonus offer of the 50000 bonus points. I purchased my Xbox on December 5th... how do I get these points added to my account.

    You are registered as a US Rewards member. Since you have been spending in a regional currency other than USD, those purchases are not eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made within the program.

    Do you have anyone else on the console that plays the game and could have purchased these? This is an example of something that could happen. Another example is that another person has this console set as their Home console, and it automatically downloads
    the purchases there; both of these cases would cause the content to show up, but you not being able to use it. This is especially true if you didn't purchase the content. Let us know!

    When and where did you purchase the game? If you purchased digitally through the Xbox Store, the content should be made available in-game. There are no codes sent out for this promotion. Keep in mind that the original Super Deluxe Edition did not come with
    8000, you can find out what's included in each version from EA's FIFA 17 Game and Offer Disclaimer page. If the purchase was made before October 10th, 2016, I'm
    afraid you are not eligible for the 8000 points.

    Post back with that original information so we can assist further!
