    Missing quantum break PC code

    Hi, i preordered Quantum break on april 4th on xbox live and i didn't receive the pc code. I've contacted chat support a couple times about this issue but they sent me over here. Can I have the pc code for quantum break?

    Did not receive Alan Wake & American Nightmare for PC/Xbox or the Quantum Break code for PC.

    No Alan Wake or Windows 10 version of QB codes received after pre-order

    Preordered Quantum Break april 4th and stil havent received my codes for Alan Wake and QB for PC.

    I also preordered the digital version of Quantum Break through my Xbox One and I still haven't received any of the preorder bonuses promised, including a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I contacted support and was told to post here about
    it and was not given any kind of resolution for my problem. From what I can tell, the codes were supposed to be sent out starting in early April and it's been three weeks and still nothing.

    Oh apologies I didn't catch that before. The Quantum Break Xbox One bundle should only come with a digital code. Which retailer did you purchase the bundle from? Disc copies of Quantum Break do not qualify for the Windows 10 versions of Quantum Break.

    Having an understanding of where the console was purchased from will help us a bunch. Also, does the Quantum Break Xbox One bundle box look like the box that is linked in your original post?
