I didn't receive my 15000 points for preorder special in August

I have a copy of the pre order offer I received in my email in August, a link to the offer that I created for Xbox Support. I have my confirmation email for when I bought it as well. Have been bounced around all over the place with Xbox suport, I even think
I have been referred to your team as well but like I said I have just been tossed around and have dealt with 5 agents so far. Twice I mysteriously got disconnected with a promise of a call back to continue which at least one of those agents sent me a link
to a support department website on Microsoft or Xbox site on to contact via email. The person that person told me to send 5 more things they needed to resolve my issue. After several emails they sent me one that sent me back to Xbox support saying that they
could help with my situation. I used the link from them to receive a phone call back. That button seems to to be magical as almost as soon as I request the phone call back it almost immediately calls. The agent that I got yesterday afternoon ask me for several
things. Once I had them together I was sent an email with her on the phone. She told me to reply to that email twice because she kept saying she had received it. So after being on the phone around 45 minutes she said since it hadn't come through yet she would
call me back with a status update in around 30 minutes which didn't ever happen. After waiting 5 hours I contacted Xbox support on twitter cause they have always been great help. The very first response was they didn't handle that and it was your department
and sent me a link. I have my service ticket number as well as everything i have emailed back to everyone as well. Just contact me with what you need. Please.

rewards punch card didn't register third preorder therefore I didn't receive my 15000 points

 

Never received 15000 points for preorder

I ordered gears of war 4 ultimate edition preorder and never received my 15000 points
