I didn't receive level 2/3 for MyMissions Reward last month

I did the I heart Horror challenge, I bought 5 games then waited a few days, played 1 of the games and got 5+ achievements (level 2 required 5 achievements in a purchased game) and then I did level 3 after that.

Looking at my statement today from all my rewards I got Level 1 and Level 3, but did not receive my rewards for Level 2. The Missions did not update soon enough before the end for me to verify which is kind of bs..

I really wish the punchcards updated sooner, or we had a button to force a refresh for them.

I would really like my Level 2 rewards

Xbox University Rewards Level 2: Chemistry

I purchased Bling Legendary Hero of Wilderness SE and Bling Military Operator SE for Xbox University Rewards Level 2: Chemistry

for August. When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

P.S. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 3 months. Prior to that, I had no problems with my Rewards Credits being properly deposited for my purchases.

Not getting rewarded - Long Post - in depth breakdown

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP is awarded as a monthly whole and awarded midway through the following month, and dated as the last day of the month being awarded. We see that you are being accurately awarded for your purchases.

If you are asking about your purchases last month/this month, then as stated in the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
You were promoted to your first star in August, and received payback since that month. I see that you recently received your first deposit in our last deposit cycle. Cheers!

Oh ok then I guess it was just a conincedence then because I always got points right after reaching level 2 or level 3. When I made it to level 3 it said level 3 rewards earned. Though didn't get them till the end of the month.

So after thinking about it your post makes 100% sense. Hopefully the points I earned from purchasing get put in before xbox live rewards transfer to xbox live rewards or even by the 15th.
