I didn't receive brothers to the end pack and I preordered gears of war 4 and I got the other 17 packs and I got the other gears download codes.

I purchased gears of war 4 ultimate edition for disc and I didn't recieve the brothers to the end pack

Where to find your content: In your Customization options, under Characters and Weapon Skins

The Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus contains 5 items – 3 characters (Old Man Marcus, Tomorrow Anya and Zombie Dom) as well as 2 Weapon Skins (Gold Wave Lancer, Gold Wave Gnasher).

IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase your game via the Xbox or Windows Store, you will need to redeem the code given to you by your retailer for this content. Please contact the retailer you purchased
from if you do not have this code.

I preordered a physical disk from the Microsoft store and I didn't get the brothers till the end pack either. They keep on passing the buck to the other person. This is frustrating
