I didn't receive additional content with my gears of war 4 purchase as stated

Codes for the previous Gears of War titles are being sent out in waves to people who have purchased Gears of War 4. You should receive them within 1 month.

See the following page, with some text further down stating:

"Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption."

it is stated in this link posted by the xbox website that the Vintage Del pack would be included in this bundle. i purchased this bundle in the confidence I would receive all content that's advertised. this was the only thing preventing me from pre ordering
the digital game from the Microsoft store. This is not what I payed $450 for!!

I was actually sent here from the fact that I didn't receive these codes from my purchase of the 'Ultimate Edition' of Gears of War.

Although, I do have a new issue that had has arose. I continue to get errors while trying to redeem the codes I received for the pre-order of 'Gears 4'.

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:

• Gears of War
• Gears of War 2
• Gears of War 3
• Gears of War: Judgment
  

These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

Gears of War 4 Xbox One S Limited Edition Content

Appears as DLC under Manage Game: Yes

Where to find your content: In Customization for Vintage Oscar Pack. Bonus Gear Packs in ‘Unopened Gear Packs’ in the store menu.



The Gears of War 4 Xbox One S Limited Edition content contains the Vintage Oscar Pack, which contains the Vintage Oscar character, Vintage Oscar emblem, a Vintage Oscar Bounty and two Vintage weapon skins. You also get 6 Bonus Gear Packs with the Console.



I get an error when I try to download my content.

We have a workaround for this issue that should allow you to install the content while the issue is being fixed:



1. Launch "My Games & Apps"

2. Highlight Gears of War 4

3. Press 'menu' on the controller

4. Select "Manage game"

5. Highlight "Xbox One S Gears of War 4 LE Bundle content packs"

6. Press the 'menu' button and choose "Go to details"

7. Once the store page loads, select "Install"



Please post in this thread with your Gamertag and state that this content is receiving a download error if this workaround does not solve your issue.



Where do I find my content?

The Vintage Oscar pack, including Vintage Oscar character, weapon skins and emblem, can be found under Customization.



Your Bonus Gear Packs will appear in your ‘My Gear Packs’ inventory, found in the Store menu.
