    I need help get my v-bucks I did the code I did what everything says but I didn't I didn't receive the v-bucks that's what I had a question about and I emailed the Microsoft account email and Gmail and it still didn't work they're just saying single code sign in or something like that and I need help

    If I may ask, may I know which platform are you playing the game Fortnite, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

    Also, did you redeem the V-bucks gift card 25-character codes by signing your account on redeem.microsoft.com?

    Kindly confirm this by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History.

    From there, please check if the V-bucks code is showing up under your account's Order History as proof that the codes were successfully redeemed on your account.

    which store did you buy them from, xbox console store or pc, if pc then you need to sign in on a console to have them added to your epic account but they will only be usable on the console version.
