Hey, thanks for reaching out. It was renewed without my knowledge. I didnt play Gamepass all November, as I didnt have it, or at least shouldnt have! In Microsoft is says booked on 1st November, which is false. I was charged just 2 days ago.

Mate You cant help me I just want to get some contact information. It cant be for real that I need to contact thru bots or algorythms who tell me Im not capable of getting a refund automaticly and then stop offering further help or a real support agent.

Have you had Game Pass Ultimate before? If so, you can't avail of the £1 introductory offer. That's why you may have been charged the full amount.
