    I didn’t get the points I earned


    I bought a Xbox one s and far cry 5 but it said I would get 34000 points but I never got the points

    Redeemed points but didn’t receive anything

    I redeemed points for xbox live gold and 3montgs of gamepass but didn’t receive yhem. Now im out 41,000 points. How do i get points back?

    Hi Desperate Elk,

    If you made the purchase before the promotional period, you would not get the points credited, unfortunately.

    However, if you believe you followed the correct steps, and you've waited 96 hours for the points to show up and they haven't, you can contact Microsoft Rewards Support here by scrolling
    to the bottom of that page and clicking the link "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support".

    I didn’t get the reward I redeemed for xbox points

    Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem. If you don't get it in that time, check your order history on the redemption paflge of the Rewards site and it'll either list a code to redeem or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
