Yeah me either, I contacted support and they said they were aware of the issue and they suggested I’d make a post about it on here and halo waypoint. You should probably spread the word

They may still be rolling these rewards out, Mine arrived Thursday last week, but over a period of 8 hours for the SUNDAY Show, and the Monday inside Xbox content appeared Friday at 2AM (I'm GMT). The Mixpot FAQ did say it may be up to a week for them
to be seen on your account.

had to watch live not a VOD as they did last year. Also remember some content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared Thursday..

I didn't figure everyone at ten years would get one, but I've been on since the beginning of Beta and didn't get the (slightly goofy) helmet either. On the other hand, a friend of mine of 9 years XBL did get the helmet.

I have the limited edition and the map pass. I didn't get the helmets or emblem that I know of. I do not see any new helmets in the Spartan hub. The maps work fine. Do you know what the helmets are?
