I didn't get reward credits

Discus and support I didn't get reward credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hello I was told by reward team that i will get 150,000 reward credits but somehow that never happened.     From the FAQ for this offer:

    How do I earn with this offer?

    Earn 6,000 Rewards Credits when you spend $60 before tax on content from the Xbox Store and/or Microsoft Movies & TV. In order to participate in this offer, you must FIRST opt in by clicking the “Activate this offer" button at the bottom of the email you
    were sent or on MyMissions. If you do not see this button on MyMissions, make sure you are signed in. All actions must be completed between March 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and March 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or
    another world time database to determine local time.

    Since you opted in on the 4th, your purchases were not eligible. Only purchases made after opting in are eligible for this offer.

    If it has been over 96 hours (would would probably be 3/5), and the content did not qualify for another offer on the website, then it is likely a glitch and staff member will review your account and reply to you here.

    They work Monday - Friday form 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.

    As mentioned in your previous post (Reward credit not correctly added), we already adjusted these Credits. Our initial adjustment
    of 5000 was deposited with various survey Credits on March 30th. Our second adjustment after your further complaint of 10,000 was deposited on April 13th. These will be listed as a refund with a negative amount on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
    Furthermore, 150,000 Rewards Credits would be 150 USD. We do not have any offers that would have awarded this much.

    purchased rewards credits with Gems and didn't get rewards credits

    Hello doubleOhTen,

    We do not see any issue with your Gem claim from the vault, and the Credits are currently pending in your account. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
