I didn't get reward credit from buying Rogue One

Discus and support I didn't get reward credit from buying Rogue One in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I bought Rogue One on the Xbox instead of a blu-ray like I normally would because the reward program offer of 3600 credits for purchasing the movie....     I didn't get reward credit from buying Rogue One


    I bought Rogue One on the Xbox instead of a blu-ray like I normally would because the reward program offer of 3600 credits for purchasing the movie. But I have not received any credits, and I bought it like Friday or Saturday .... what do I have to do?

    Purchased Rogue One, but did not get the rewards points.

    I purchased Rogue One, with the 3000 credit reward deal, but did not get my rewards credits.

    I didn't get reward credit from buying Rogue One

    The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the purchase. If you don't receive them in the next couple of days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

    Hello SargentDynamit8,

    As mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/43d99f1d-acc6-4814-8372-cb5214ae1863), we already adjusted these Credits. Our initial adjustment
    of 5000 was deposited with various survey Credits on March 30th. Our second adjustment after your further complaint of 10,000 was deposited on April 13th. These will be listed as a refund with a negative amount on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).
    Furthermore, 150,000 Rewards Credits would be 150 USD. We do not have any offers that would have awarded this much.
