hi,

i didnt purchase a gift card voucher, i just redeemed my microsoft reward points as a $5 voucher.

my currency is in AUD

and I tweet like twice now on twitter and didn't response back its been a week now

Also I have not been getting my Xbox Live Reward points for the money I spend in the Microsoft store. And I'm supposed to get 3% Back on all the money I spend on games. But that's not what happens. I always have to beg for the Reward points and then I only
get 1% back. And I'm not some kid. I'm a 42 year old that likes playing Xbox one games. And have spent Thousands of dollars on games from the Microsoft store. Just check my account. I have been trying to get someone to fix Both Of these problems for a month
or so. Please fix the Vip Vault With The Microsoft Rewards points card. And getting Rewards points for my purchases from the Microsoft store. Thank you and have a blessed day
