I didn’t get my points for a promotion in November 2017

there was a promotion going on in November of 2017 and the promotion was for 15,000 points and I never received them and the promotion was for a preorder for call of duty ww2

I noticed I didn't get any points for October 2017 and December 2017 for my vip rank gold, for what I spent I did for November and all other months prior to the ones I mentioned why is that?

 

The November #YOLO promotion did not award me my points for completion of all achievements/missions.

From the latest Xbox live rewards mission promotions, the #YOLO promotion in particular, I never got my points for completing five achievements in the games that I purchased during the promotion, even though I purchased two different games during the promotion
and got far more than enough achievements in both of them. Those two games were Injustice 2 and Forza Horizon 3. The promotion stated that if you get five achievements in said games after purchasing them, then you'd receive a bonus mission completion and then
another bonus for completing all three missions. I see that on my rewards account I have the two missions completed for purchasing the games and the avatar gear, but the mission completion and the bonus points for all missions completion missions are not reflecting
on my account.

The entirety of the promotion was worth 15000 reward points, which is worth fifteen dollars.

I would not have purchased both of those games and gotten so many achievements unless I was sure the money was coming to me, but as you can see here

That is my account activity with regards to my missions and points pending.

That only accounts for 6000 out of 15000 points, meaning there's nine dollars worth of points that I'm kind of being screwed out of here.

 

In order to receive the 15,000 credits, you had to preorder 3 games (it was the same as the current games on demand punchcard running now only with different games). If you only preordered Call of Duty, you would not have completed the offer.
