I didn't get my November 5$

I Met November's Game Pass "Goals" Reward Criteria, But Never Received Any Reward!

i have a issue with the game pass "goals".. i didn't receive anything, despite having met the criteria in november, for the "reward valued at $5". i had the 14 day trial at the beginning of november and completed the goal(s) even before my trial ended. then
after my trial ended, there was a week where i didn't have the game pass service, but then got the service again half-way through november.. i'm not sure if that lapse in time was the reason i didn't get any sort of "reward" or anything like that...

i checked the "messages from xbox" area on my xbox, and i had received a message on november 7th saying "here's a $5 code on us, to kick off your holiday shopping for that perfect gift.". then on november 16th, i got a message saying "warframe's biggest
expansion ever is here and to celebrate we're giving you a code for a few in-game items..". but there was nothing there that was related to the game pass goals reward...

 

I didn't get my points.

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between April 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and June 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or
another world time database to determine local time.

Since you only pre-ordered one title, you have not yet completed the offer.

 

Promotions are sent at random and to different accounts for different reasons. So not everyone will receive one. There's no way to find out why one account receives one and another doesn't.
