    I bought a 25$ Xbox gift card and when I redeemed it I never got my money and I have done everything and it never showed up in my account and I need to buy this game please help.

    Hi I’ve checked my xbox history and there’s nothing on hogwarts legacy being purchased but it’s still in my bank history that I’ve purchased it unless it went to a xbox card that I didn’t realize it bc I do remember having a gift card on my xbox and don’t remember how it got there if they refunded me by gift card then there’s nothing I can do about it I don’t remember how much it was my bank statement says that I pre ordered the game 12/5/22 but in the xbox order history there’s only a order on 12/2/22 and 12/9/22 so now that I see this I didn’t mention that I had a gift card that came out of no where one day and I realize now that it could’ve been my refund if u can confirm that for me that would be great. Thank u for helping me with this. And before I uninstalled the game it said that it was installed and purchased when I went to manage so it’s very confusing if I actually bought the game and just got screwed over or I didn’t have enough money at the time it tried to take the money at that time so this is all very confusing right now
