ive pre-order RDR2 on 13th of july but not received my code promo for my 2 million cash bonus for gta v it would be appreciated if anyone could help me with this

Please make available my 1 million in-game GTA V promo cash immediately for the preorder purchase of red dead redemption 2. It has been ten days.

Hi, it looks like you've posted this thread in the "Xbox on Consoles" section of the forum- as this deals with sales/promotions, I'd make sure to make a post in the "Sales and Promotions" section of this forum so the proper support staff see it. Additionally,
it looks like this promotional offer is supposed to show up in your Xbox messages within 7-10 days of purchase- depending on where you live, it might still currently be within this timeframe, and I'd make sure to wait until July 24th before posting in the
Sales and Promotions section in case it arrives within the specified time window. Hope that helps and hope you get this issue resolved!

Having the same problem. I contacted rockstar and xbox support and they both didnt have an answer. Rockstar just sent an email stating that they would fix the connectivity problems soon and that they would give every player 500k cash.. very helpfull. I have
tried redownloading my profile, clearing the cache and re-installing gta v. I hope someone has a solution soon.

PS. I only have this problem with gta v. played battlefield beta and other games without any trouble

No you won't get it for free just by linking your Social Club accounts.

Unfortunately you are now too late, but Epic gave away GTA V for free in May. So you would have gotten GTA V for free, and even one Million GTA Cash on top. However, now the promotion has ended, and right now, you can "only" get Overcooked for free.

I am sticking with my 360 until I get enough cash for a PS4. Not sure if I can make a transition from my 360 though. It is a great console. If I can grab GTA V then I may hold off on the PS4 for a bit longer lol
