    I didn’t get money from the gift card


    I bought a 50$ gift card today and then I redeemed it to buy fifa 23 it asked me for a email so I pressed b on my controller and I typed the code in again and it says the code was already redemed but it didn’t get me the game even if I go to my recently purchased it didn’t say I purchased it today

    I have been investigating recently and apparently several users who purchased several gift cards have only been recognized with one and apparently it is with several games, this suggests that it is a problem with Microsoft services, the best thing I can recommend is that they report the mistake. .

    This way, Xbox will know there is a problem and can work to fix it as soon as possible.

    Unable to buy xbox gift card with Microsoft Account balance.

    The $1.25 is the money from the gift card. You don't get a code. The funds are just added directly to your account.
