Discus and support I didn’t get email with shipping label in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I didn’t get email with shipping label, to send my controller.     I didn’t get email with shipping label, to send my controller. Can’t reach any contact at Microsoft support. What wrong with Microsoft support?????? Phone not working, chat not working, no way to contact, just stupid virtual agent, that not help???

    You will have to log in through the support link and ask to transfer you to the department that can create this shipping label for you, unfortunately here from the community it is not possible to transfer directly to xbox service.

    Go through the virtual service and when you enter the service, ask for the transfer and provide this number you have.

    If you have not received the shipping label by emai, sometimes have gone to the Spam box, the only way is to contact support to create one for you.
