    I didnt get any points on purchase of FIFA 17


    I bought FIFA 17 when a promotion of xbox rewards was active and i dont get any points by that purchase, what can i do?

    Which offer are you looking for credits from? There have not been any specific offers just for FIFA.

    Your purchase did not qualify for any offers. Therefore, it did not award any Credits. The closest offer that may have caused confusion may have been our physical pre-order offer, but since at the time you purchased your copy the game was no longer in a
    pre-order state, it was not eligible for any specific offers, and was applied to your MyVIP progress.

    These points automatically unlock with the purchase of FIFA 17 Ultimate Edition and are delivered weekly in-game. Please be sure to check FIFA 17's 'Ready to install' list by highlighting the game's tile, press the menu button on your Xbox One controller,
    and select 'Manage game' to check for any pending add-on's related to the offer to install.

    Let us know if you are able find that in your add-ons for FIFA 17!

    Where did you purchase your Xbox One console bundle? Per the EA Support page on

    what is included in your FIFA 17 edition    , the code should have been provided by the retailer. If you did not get the code, you'll want to go back and speak with them as we are unable to provide replacement codes.
