I didn't get any Credits

We only see one purchase on your account on July 23 for 6.75 GBP. A five star rank requires 1200 GBP in eligible spending off the Xbox store. Since you did not spend this amount, you did not reach five stars. Your total spending of 6.75 GBP puts you at zero
stars. This means that you do not get payback. From our FAQ:

What is MyVIP?

MyVIP is an exclusive feature of Xbox Live Rewards that gives members a certain percentage back in Rewards Credits for monthly purchases made in the Xbox Store. In order to start earning MyVIP, you have to unlock your first star by spending at least £200 on
eligible content. While eligible purchases you make track towards your year-to-date Star Rank, your MyVIP Star Rank is recalibrated each year based on your previous year's spend. As your MyVIP Star Rank grows, so will the percentage you get back each month.

As mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/43d99f1d-acc6-4814-8372-cb5214ae1863), we already adjusted these Credits. Our initial adjustment
of 5000 was deposited with various survey Credits on March 30th. Our second adjustment after your further complaint of 10,000 was deposited on April 13th. These will be listed as a refund with a negative amount on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).
Furthermore, 150,000 Rewards Credits would be 150 USD. We do not have any offers that would have awarded this much.

As stated in the FAQ, we can only deposit Rewards Credits as currency into a Microsoft payable account. Since you do not have any Microsoft payable accounts, we cannot complete a deposit. We cannot deposit into other payable accounts, like Credit Cards or
paypal accounts.

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Since you have no Microsoft Payment Account associated with your Microsoft Account, we cannot perform a deposit. We can only convert Rewards Credits into currency into a Microsoft Payment Account. This is mentioned in the FAQ:
