I didn’t get a case review from Xbox in 2 days

It can take a bit of time for the Enforcement team to review the case and reach out to you with a final decision; unfortunately we don't have direct insight into the case review process as we're a separate team from Enforcement, here at Support.

When they do reach out, it will be to the email address listed in your
Contact Preferences - make sure that's fully updated to an email address you have access to!

The suspension from 2016 wasn’t egrigious. What do you mean by a year limit for case reviews? Also it is a problem because I could be accused of something that I didn’t do and as they review the 14 day suspension I believe the enforcement team could just
conclude in a permanent suspension by just looking at the 14 day suspension and not focus on the actual evidence.

I already did a case review which didn’t get approved, sp I’m not sure what to do, should I call for support?

1 day suspensions can't be case reviewed because it's only a 24 hour ban so don't worry about it but if you keep offensive messaging the suspensions get longer from 2 days, 7 days and 2 weeks

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions so you will have to wait for a response from your case review.

That’s such **** being at the mercy of them. It’s been almost two days and they said 24hrs?! Who knows if they are even looking at it and are going to make me wait 2 weeks, for something I didn’t do. It’s also bull that there’s no way to get ahold of and
explain tour side. This is ridiculous. Pay for a service that’s trash. Go back to PS4.
