​I didn't earn MyVIP star rank credit since 2/28/2017

Support will check on March's rebate, but April's rebate has been delayed while they fix an issue.

Since you opted in to the Simply Rewarding offer in March, your purchases went towards that offer instead of MyVIP payback. As specified in our FAQ, you cannot be Rewarded twice for a single purchase:

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Regarding your April MyVIP payback, there was an issue affecting some of our preview program members that caused us to delay April until we could ensure that they were being properly Rewarded. We have resolved the issue, and you should see that payback appear
shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Since you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer last month, your purchases went towards that offer and not MyVIP. Since you did not complete that offer, you did not receive offer completion Credits. Regarding MyVIP payback for purchases this month,
from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

So for example, your purchase of Subnautica recently did not award any Rewards Credits since:

1. It did not qualify for or complete any offer on the MyMissions page.

-or-

2. You do not have any MyVIP stars to award MyVIP payback off of. This purchase did increase your MyVIP progress towards your first star, however.

Our program runs on the UTC time zone. Since your purchase of Battleship and Turn On were made on March 1st, they were not eligible for this offer. From the FAQ for that offer:
