I didn't earn any points for a year of buying digital?

Hi I've been remembering bout the rewards program with the sale being here n stuff and I took a peek at my total points and I noticed the entire year plus has not shown up for any of my transactions and auto subscription rewards to VIP. Is there something
I'm not noticing?? Something I might misread?

Bought 100 games and never earned a point since 2012

hey guys,

My biggest issue is that i keep on buying xbox one digital games and never earned a point , contacted the support live chat several times but nothing seems to be work , nothing changed, i keep on buying new games and didn't earn a single point , please
help

Not getting Xbox Live Rewards

I used to earn some sort of points for buying games through the xbox live store. However, for the past 2+ years, I haven't been seeing those at the Checkout screen. I've purchased a lot of games in the past 2 years, but never seen any points...

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Keep in
mind that subscription, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Here's what we get @ Rewards/Status/See My Level Benefits:

Level 2+Xbox Live Gold- Points earned per $ spent in Microsoft Store online -

As mentioned before, last purchase was 10$ and we received only 100 points for that purchase. Also, under Points Breakdown/Shop To Earn the amount of points earned has decreased from 1700 at beginning of April down to 1200 as of today. Under Earning
History we have three purchases in April of this year (49, 30 and 100 points earned). So, the amount should be higher not lower, right? Any ideas? Thank you. By the way, I think this was pretty clear: 'Level 2 members enjoy bonus points for digital
Xbox purchases'. R-right?
