    Xbox One Controller for Windows stick problem

    Hi.

    I bought a xbox 360 controller 2 years ago, and never had problems with it.

    Two weeks ago, I bought a new controller, this time a xbox one controller for windows, because I needed a second controller, and would take the opportunity to have an updated one. I am a Rocket League player, and never had problems with my 360 controller,
    but with the one, after one week playing (and not so much, because I didn't have so much time to play), I heard a crack noise. After this, when I click the button while turning right, it feels like the stick holds down and is unconfortable to play like that.

    So, I decided to pay for the shipping costs and send it to the store where I bought, and ask for a new one.

    Received a new one, and after two days playing I had the same problem: Same stick and same direction (right).

    Well, I will need to pay again to send it back and get a new one...

    But my question now is: If I get a new one, I'll always have this problem? I can't pay so much just to try to have the one controller that will not broke...

    It's better to ask for a refund, and buy a new xbox 360 controller?

    You will have to contact Official Xbox Support here- Contact Us | Xbox Support and then explain the situation.

    Also, in future, avoid posting personal information on public forums.

    Xbox keeps telling me there is a problem when there is none.

    This is a VERY huge problem. It's going as far to say that I don't own the digital games and DLC I bought. I goto the store, click on the game I have installed, and it says I need to pay for it again. Microsoft, when this is fixed everything needs
    to be in working order or I'll get my refund. This is not
    acceptable in anyway for the price we pay. Fix it.

    If you go onto the microsoft store and then go into your library minecraft launcher will be installed there. click on the little 3 dots at the right hand side of the mincraft launcher coulumn and then itll take you to a page where you can click a button that says get and then it works
