Hello, did your brother pay to have the gametag changed??? Im not sure with the other response that XBox will just revert back to old gamertag!!! I would call them up and see what can be done!

Since this was an accidental change, you can go and contact xbox support and explain the problem. They will understand that it was an accident and you will probably get your gamertag back to what it was, without paying any money. I hope this

This is not true.

As Farscape said,the account owner is responsible for their account & everything that happens on which is why you should never let anyone use your account.Support will not give a free name change just because someone says it was changed by accident.

The only option is to pay for the name change.I would suggest the op get's their brother to pay for the change & put a pass code on the account so this sort of thing doesn't happen again.

you are responsible for your account, he changed the tag, still your responsibility, you will need to pay to change it back, if the tag was more than 12 characters then you will never get it back.

make sure your account is secure in future.
