    hello there so i recently buy a 14 day trial of xbox game pass for pc from this account and when i try to login this account in xbox app in pc then suddenly i remeber that i didnt knew pass of this account and i login this account with github credentials and to login with github credentials option is not showing in xbox pc app and when i try to forget the pass of this acc then they sent code to the regsitered mobile number which i lost last year and this time i didnt able to get this mob no so please help me to login my account in xbox app

    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks for posting a solution, it didn't work for me. Just to be clear I am able to login into my Xbox live account on my Xbox console, in the PC Xbox app, and the browser. The problem is only when I open the game and the game is unable to detect/login to my Xbox live account login.

    Error code 0x87DD0033 when trying to sign in on both xbox one console and xbox app.

    After changing "Set the timezone automatically" to "On", I was able to login to my account in webpage and xbox app in Windows PC. Will try the same in xbox console as well.

    Well, I just understood what was going on. On the Xbox Beta app I got to Settings and there were two accounts logged:

    1 - In account I was logged with my Xbox One account (the Ultimate account)

    2 - In Subscription I was logged with my PC account (the account I used to login on the Windows 10 Store for PC to download apps/games/etc).

    So, the first account had the Ultimate Subscription but it was used just for Live stuffs (friends list, cloud data, etc).

    The second account was the account which I used only for my PC and doesn't have any subscription.

    I think all the confusion occured when I did the login on the Xbox app. I just entered with my Xbox Account (Ultimate) and thought It was fine.

    Now what I did to fix it was to go to the Microsoft Store app, then I logged out (my PC only account) and logged with my Xbox Account.

    So, I'm able to download every game now.

    I hope I explained my trouble clearly (english isn't my native language) so that anyone facing the same problem will be able to fix it.
