    Hey F1YBOY1951,

    As Smwutches has stated, this offer has ended on Feb. 8th, 2016. Since you purchased earlier this month, you are not eligible for Fallout 3. Apologies for any frustration this has caused.

    "Sorry, I'm not sure where you saw that it was still being offered. I know when it was running the promotion was listed in the description of the game along with the end date, but that was removed"

    It was not removed until after March 3rd, or I would have never been able to purchase the BUNDLE that was being offered from MS/Xbox store. So just send me the code! as THIS IS ms/ SCREW UP.

    Yes this was purchased from MS, you you could see from me original post, as I copy and pasted the sales receipt that I received from MS.
