I did not recieve the twitch purple heart cape even after redeeming the coden

Please check if the cape code appears as redeemed via the following link:

If it appears there, it means it was redeemed correctly. However, please note that at the moment, the cape is only available in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, and it will not be reflected in Minecraft Java Edition until July 8th, as you can confirm for yourself through the following link:

The Twitch and Tik-Tok 15th anniversary capes are currently only available in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, with them coming to Java Edition by July 8.

If your code was successfully redeemed and the cape has yet to show up in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, it would be best to contact the game's dedicated support team.

So Twitch doesnt work after all this time, i try to snap twitch to start broadcasting but theres only 5 empty purple rectangles nothing to click on anyone else getting this?

I understand that you are experiencing issues getting the TikTok cape you redeemed on your Minecraft account.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Kindly double-check that you're logged into the same Microsoft account where you redeemed the codes. If incase you're using a different account in the Launcher, the capes won't appear.

Please make sure as well that you're using the correct edition of Minecraft. The TikTok and Twitch capes are currently available for the Bedrock Edition, with availability for the Java Edition expected later.

And to give you a heads up, it can take up to 72 hours for redeemed capes to appear in the Minecraft Launcher. This delayed is caused by server-side processing.
