    In May30th,I bought the 12 12 months gold membership in HK,and recieved a email like this from

    Xbox one Goldrush 2 free games download codes not yet received.

    Hey, there was a promotion offer goldrush for xbox live india members that if we purchase and redeem a 12 month xbox live gold membership between 21st April to 30th June, 2014 we would receive 2 xbox one free games that is Ryse son of rome and Killer Instinct
    ultra edition . I purchased and redemeed the 12 month gold membership between these dates. the offer said i had to log in through my new xbox one console after 1st October which i did from my new xbox one console, but i still have not received these codes
    for the games. Please help.

    I bought and redeemed a Xbox live 12 months during the promotion and have been using my Xbox One since launch, when are the codes for the Xbox One downloadable version of Ryse: Son of Rome, and Killer

    Have you tried emailing that address back about the offer? If not give it a try otherwise you will need to contact phone support for your region again.
