Discus and support I did not receive the Xbox E3 Mixer Mixpot yet in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Hello. I just read through the FAQ page and it told me to come here since I have not received the Mixpot yet. Is this the right place to ask about...     I did not receive the Xbox E3 Mixer Mixpot yet


    Hello. I just read through the FAQ page and it told me to come here since I have not received the Mixpot yet. Is this the right place to ask about it? I watched the E3 presentation on Mixer and it said I would receive something within 1 week, but I still
    dont have anything yet. Please let me know what to do to get it.

    Did not receive Xbox E3 MixPot games

    I was informed to create a post in the Sales & Promotion thread because I did not receive the Xbox E3 MixPot. I watched the Xbox E3 briefing on last Sunday, the 11th, on my Xbox One via Mixer app. I also watched some of the Xbox daily streams on the Mixer
    website. I have my Microsoft Account linked with Mixer and still did not receive the Xbox E3 MixPot Games. My gamertag is . Thanks!

    Haven't received Xbox E3 MixPot rewards yet

    I was informed to create a post in the Sales & Promotion thread because I did not receive the Xbox E3 MixPot. I do not have any messages in my inbox regarding the promotion. I watched the Xbox E3 briefing on Sunday, June 11th on my Xbox One via Mixer app.
    I also watched some of the Xbox daily streams on the Mixer website. I have my Microsoft Account linked with Mixer and still did not receive the Xbox E3 MixPot Games.

    Hi, that's part of the MixPot you received for watching E3 coverage on Mixer. If you visit https://account.microsoft.com/, you should see it (and possibly other MixPot prizes) in your recent purchases showing
    a status of "Redeemed."

    You received a pre-order for Outer Wilds, which hasn't had an official release day announced as of yet (hence the placeholder date).

    Thank you for this as I was confused. I did go on mixer to watch a bit of E3 but left and didn’t hear them talk about any prizes.

    I also did not get a message stating the E3 mixpot, however i did receive some items that shows in my order history.

    Also to note that quantity available is limited and not everyone will receive it. Seeing as almost 300k people was watching on mixer alone not everyone will get mixpot.

    Missing E3 Mixpot

    Im adding to the discussion as well. I received the second mixpot (for watching Inside XBOX) but have not received the E3 Conference mixpot. I was signed in on the console and through the Mixer app on mobile. Both streams were watched from beginning to end.
    My Microsoft account is linked to Mixer.
