    I did not receive $5 in my Microsoft account when I reached the level 25,000 in my gamer score. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to contact someone

    Rewards Credits not being shown.

    Yesterday I used my “MyVIP” gems to purchase Rewards credits in the vault. Yet they are not showing on my account. I checked back recently and the credits are not there. When will I receive them? I bought 25,000 credits to be exact. Where are my credits?

    Xbox Game Pass Quest.

    I did the September quest where you had to play Halo Master Chief Collection for 2 hours, Unlock 5 achievements and Increase your gamer score by 50. I also did the game pass quest which was play Trove, Live lock and Crossout for 30 minutes. I haven't received
    any rewards for either of them. How long do I have to wait until I receive my reward for both?

    There is no offer from the Rewards program to receive $5 when you reach 25,000 gamerscore.

    Rewards for achievements on Xbox.

    Gamerscore is mostly just for bragging rights.

    If they add rewards for reaching a certain score it will be abused by some gamers. In my humble opinion.
