I did not receive the pre-order credits of the game "Evil within 2 ".

From our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles,
you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Since your third punch is from your pre-order of Resident Evil, you will receive those Credits around the end of January. Your purchase of Skyrim was not a pre-order, and did not award a punch, so without the Resident Evil punch you are at two out of three
punches.

Hi Ric G 2008. The Evil Within 2 is not part of the offer, it was only the first Evil Within. Evil Within 2 would have gone towards the Games on Demand punchcard if you pre-ordered it. But since you purchased it after launch, it did not go to that either.
We're going to make some adjustments and apply it to the FrankenRewards offer. Hang tight and Credits will show as pending within 48 hours.

Since your pre-order of Dishonored 2 was made before the offer period for Games on Demand, it was not eligible for the offer. Only purchases during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since one of your purchases was Resident Evil 7, you will not
receive your punch within 96 hours. From our FAQ:

Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Furthermore, Rewarding is based off of punches, not the purchases shown in the body of the Games on Demand mission page. As shown by the punch counter at the top of the page, you have
only received one punch for this offer for your purchase of Dead Rising 4. Regarding your pre-order of Resident Evil, from our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Since your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not within the offer period, it was not eligible for this offer, and did not award a punch.

There have not been any offers to receive credits just for that game. Since you preordered the game before the current punchcard started, it would not count towards that offer (You do need 3 purchases to complete the offer and receive credits).
