missing pre-order bonuses

A couple games I pre-ordered some time ago had digital bonuses that I still have yet to receive. I just happened across a similar post regarding Unravel, so I figured I'd speak up as well. The bonuses were a digital copy of Fallout 3 with my Fallout 4
pre-order and a Yarny avatar prop for my pre-order of Unravel.
