I did not receive the payment

I had 2000 points in Xbox Live rewards, so I decided to have an advance payment for June 14, however, that payment never happened. I would like to say if it is late and if so, what day would it arrive? Or what happened to the payment?

Coins are not credited

This did not resolve my issue. I tried as you suggest but did not receive the prompt you advised. Instead it processed another 9.99 payment of which I was again charged. I did however receive the coins for THIS transaction only. I'm still missing the
coins from the 4-23 charge.

I did not receive the credits

keep in mind it takes up to 75 days to receive credits after referring a friend to gold. Also make sure they did not use prepaid cards as those are not eligible.

2 things:

1. I previously indicated a friend who signed the Gold with a 25-digit card, and we received the credits.

2. We received the credits within a few days of signing.

We only deposit around the middle and end of the month. Due to a large volume of deposits, the mid-month deposit this month will occur around the 15th, and for some members could happen up to a few days before or after that date.

I have looked at it. I said that in the question. My mums card did get the payment through but I have not received any email yet. I did remove the card as the payment went through. It said on her app that it is getting processed

Hi,

After I added the payment method by mastercard, I made the transaction twice and received the error "PUR-TransactionNotAllowed" both times. My account still cannot register for game pass. I contacted the bank to check, the bank informed me that both payments were successful, but why did my account receive an error when paying and I paid twice but did not buy? get game pass?

Hello Ruan, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

If the items are listed at https://xbox.com/refund then you should be able to request a refund for the them. If they are not listed there though then you would need to contact Mojang Support to request a refund on the missing amounts. https://help.minecraft.net
