    Hi there!

    Have you checked your 'Manage' area of Halo 5: Guardians? Go to 'My Games and Apps', select 'Halo 5: Guardians', and press the menu button. I questioned whether I had the content also, but after checking under the 'Ready to Install' section, found the pack
    right there. Also check if any of the other offered content was added to your account, as there may have been issues with notifications on XBL, RE: the E3 Mixpot. Alternatively, sign into your Mixer account via PC, and see if there are any notifications, saying
    content was added. :)

    Hello SUPerXmOnSteR98, like others have said here, you should contact official xbox support agent at 18004myxbox(18004699269) so the agent can pull up your account and fix this.
