I did not receive the minecraft for Xbox one Code with my Xbox one s purchase

I recently purchased a Xbox one S which was advertized as having Minecraft for Xbox one included in the package. I received a code for the Window's version and the Builders pack but not card for the Minecraft Xbox one game. Is it possible for me to receive
this code via email? Thank you.

I recently purchased an xbox one s during a promotion in which one was to receive a free $25 gift code. I did not receive this gift code digitally nor physically with my xbox one s.t

You need to contact the retailer you purchased it from whether it's ms store or EB Games and tell them the issue

Ms store is different from Xbox store as Xbox store is only digital

 

It shows on the box that it is suppose to come with all 3 Codes for the game, I was told by Microsoft support to post on this forum for the missing code.

Promotional department only handles promotions which mine craft isn't a promotion it's a retail codecode

Whenever it's EB Games or game crazy

Ms store nor Xbox store won't have anything to do with the codes unless you purchase it from Microsoft store which case you don't contact Microsoft support but Microsoft storestore

If you were missing the windows 10 codes then yes you can ask as those are promotional codes but anything in the retail box is handled by your retailrr
